Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the UAE and accept orders to be shipped to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar). An additional shipping fee will apply for international deliveries outside the UAE.
Please note: Certain items are exclusively available for delivery within the UAE. Kindly refer to the product page for specific delivery restrictions.
Orders
I received the wrong or a damaged item. What should I do?

Make sure to include your order number, the item name/code, and a clear photo of the product. Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned as we plan to launch gift card options soon.
Does MZARRAI have a physical store?
We do not operate a standalone retail store. However, our collections are regularly showcased at select venues including Ether in Yas Mall Abudhabi, Ombre Boutique in Jumeirah Dubai, and pop-up events across the UAE.
My order is a gift. Can you remove the prices from the packaging?
Yes! If you're ordering a gift, please mention this in the order notes at checkout or contact us at info@mzarrai.comafter placing your order, and we’ll ensure the invoice is not included in the package.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched (usually within 2 business days), we can help update or cancel it. Please contact us promptly at info@mzarrai.com.

What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout, if not then we will be following up with an email on the shipping charge. Delivery within Dubai is free of charge. and the typical standard rates are within UAE.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by location:

Items shipped to the Gulf countries (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain) may take up to 5–9 business days

Do you ship outside the GCC?
At this time, we only deliver to GCC countries:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

The item is unworn and in original condition

The packaging,( box, and dust bag ) are all returned together in good condition
